How to Make...Heart Embossed Pocket Invitation with Crystals
This Embossed Pocket Invitation is perfect for the elegant princess bride. Balancing bling and texture to create a really striking design. The embossed paper makes is great to touch as well as to look at. We’ve kept it simple in silver and white but you could easily add in your own pop of colour.
What you will need:
2/3 sheet of hearts embossed paper in white (click here)
1 x DL pocket invitation in pearlised white. (click here)
1 x Cupid Heart. (click here)
2 x 4mm self adhesive crystals. (click here)
6 x 3mm self adhesive crystals. (click here)
1 sheet of pearlised silver card. (click here)
1 sheet of pearlised white paper. (click here)
YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Paper Trimmers
Scissors
Tape runner or double sided tape. (click here)
Glue gun. (click here)
Mini mounting pads or foam pads
Instructions

- PRINTING - Print your wording on to Pearlised White Paper and Cut Down to size. The finished sizes should be:
- Invitation Panel: 16cm wide x 5cm high
- Guest Information: 20cm x 9cm
- RSVP: 9cm x 6cm

- FRONT
- Cut a sheet of Hearts Embossed Paper 21cm x 9.5cm. Stick to the bottom front flap of your pocket, making sure that you match the edges. If you have any overlap, carefully trim with a scissors.
- Use your glue gun to stick your Cupid heart embellishment to the centre of the top flap.
- Stick a 4mm self adhesive crystal either side of the embellishment (see image). Then stick a 3mm self adhesive crystal next to the 4mm crystals you have just stuck in to place.

- INSIDE
- Cut a piece of Hearts Embossed Paper 20.5cm x 9.5cm. Open up your card and stick the paper to the inside panel.
- Cut a piece of Pearlised Grey Card 16.5cm x 5.5cm. Stick your invitation panel on top. Stick a 3mm self adhesive crystal in each corner of the panel.
- Use mini mounting pads to stick the invitation panel in to place on top of the embossed paper.

- GUEST INFORMATION
- Cut a piece of pearlised grey card 20.5cm x 9.5cm. Stick your printed panel on top.
- Slot inside the pocket.

- RSVP
- Cut a piece of pearlised grey card 9.5cm x 6.5cm. Stick your RSVP wording on top.
- Slot inside the flap of the RSVP envelope and place inside the pocket.
